Currently, Wamikaa is an online-only brand, allowing us to bring premium designs to you at affordable prices. However, we do plan to open experience stores in select cities soon — stay tuned to our website and social channels for updates!

Orders and Shipping

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order is placed. For select locations, we also offer express shipping options at checkout. Every order is shipped with real-time tracking, and you’ll receive email/SMS updates throughout the journey.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can click on it anytime to see your order’s live status and estimated delivery date.

Yes! Wamikaa offers free gift wrapping for all jewellery orders. Just select the “Gift Wrap” option during checkout, and we’ll package your item in our signature gift box, ready for a perfect surprise.

 

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can help update the address. Please reach out to our support team at info@wamikaa.com within 12 hours of placing the order for a quick update.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn products in their original packaging. This ensures hygiene and product safety for all our customers. Customised or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Simply write to us at info@wamikaa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship the product back to our address, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

We sincerely apologize if that happens. Please share unboxing photos or a short video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Care Tips

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in the pouch or box provided. Avoid direct exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals, as they can dull the finish over time. Regularly wipe it with a soft cloth to maintain its original sparkle.

Yes. Use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to gently clean your jewellery. For sterling silver, you can use a silver polishing cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or detergents that might scratch the surface.
