We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The product must be in its original packaging
The original invoice/receipt must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized jewellery
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only within the 10-day return period
Exchange is subject to product availability
Any price difference must be paid by the customer

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
